Who is behind NanoPorter

A good friend was quoted £10,000 to £15,000 to have an AI assistant built, plus a monthly retainer on top. They ran a good business and they still could not justify it, so they went without.

That bothered me. It was aimed at large businesses, the ones with a sales team and a marketing department. The businesses it would help most are the ones that cannot afford that expense.

So I built it properly, and made it something a small business can afford.

A small business owner answering the same handful of questions on the phone all day is not running their business while they do it. Opening times, parking, whether you take dogs: every one of those is time that could have gone on the work, or on the enquiries actually worth chasing.

NanoPorter is built and operated in the UK. Some of the services behind it are based in Europe and the United States, chosen on which is best for our clients rather than where they happen to be. The AI service that writes the answers does not train on your data, and we hold the signed agreement and the setting evidence.
